Psychological well-being and work-life balance
Lindsay Kiriakos pointed out that, although there was no statistically significant relationship between perceived stress and health behaviors, there was one between work-life balance and problematic internet use. Additionally, this association was mediated in part by inappropriate internet use. Additionally, the China group did not have a significant residual direct influence. These findings imply that the relationship between perceived stress and health behaviors is more nuanced than previously believed. The purpose of this essay is to close that gap by investigating the relationship between health habits and internet use.
